I’m super excited about this post as it’s my first collaboration with Fitness First.
I popped in to my local Fitness First in Poole to try a Virtual Fitness Class. It was a ‘you choose’ class in their mind and body studio.
I chose a Les Mills Body Balance Flexibility class as we shot this the day after Tough Guy so I was in need of a nice stretch out to loosen my muscles and relax my body and it was BLISS. The Fitness First mind and body studio was well ventilated and sound proofed so as soon as you walked in it was a room of calm to revitalize my mind and relax into the class ahead. There was a countdown on screen as the blinds closed and you can choose what lighting you wish to go with your class.
Virtual Fitness is a great idea from Fitness First this allows them to put classes on throughout the day. If you aren’t working in the day or off peak times you can pop in and attend a Virtual class. The Fitness First time table is now jam packed with so many classes that it will fit in with anybody’s schedule, amazing!
I very much enjoyed this class along with the friendly staff and the over all experience. Pop to your local Fitness First to check it out.
