I’m in love with the relaxation Aerial Yoga brings to the body and mind.
You enter the class, the atmosphere is so relaxed and calm and the instructor finds you a fabric hammoc that fits with your height. They are all adjustable and you want the bottom of your hammoc to sit at your hips.
Now that I’m completely engaged and focused on my body and the class ahead. I’m take through different moves. Some feel fantastic some are completely out of my comfort zone but still highly enjoyable. The instructor does an amazing job explaining and making them all look very easy. Once the class is done I’m throughly proud of myself like a kid on the jungle gym learning a new moves.

- Ensure you have no zips or anything that could catch on the fabric.
