Raspberry Smoothy – Serves two.
3/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
2 Cups of Organic Spinach
2 Cups of Organic Unsweetened Soya MIlk(or Almond)
1 Teaspoon of Organic Pumpkin seeds
1/3 Cup of Ice
Place, Milk and seeds to soak for 15 mins then add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
