Planning a weekend event with your girlfriends is always fun but getting a workout while doing it! Perfect. This weekend myself and 5 mates went to Oxygen FreeJumping. What is Oxygen Freejumping? It is 30000 sq ft of air to explore on world-class trampolines. You get an hour to jump per session!
We all were knackered it was a great workout and took us back to being kids again. There was a big area for jumping, a swing rope area, a jump and land on an air bag area and my favorite the jumping area with balls that you could throw at people. The hour had gone in a flash.
They also do workout classes, a workout that takes you back to being young again. Airborne fitness is a high intensity- low impact structured exercise class that burns through fat while building, toning and defining muscle. The class takes place across over 50 trampolines on the trampoline park floor.
