Today’s blog is biking!
I bought a bike over 3 years ago. It was a Probike and it folded down so I was able to take it on the tube if it rained or got late. It got me all around London exploring places you would never see unless you were on a bike.
What inspired me to start this blog was the want to motivate everyone to live an active life and to keep fit in a way that you enjoy and can work easily into your life. Biking is such a good example of this, you can use it to get to where you need to go rather than call it fitness. I like to double down and swap the car for my bike to get me to and from the gym. A 10min ride will burn an additional 150ish calories.
