Color Vibe 5km Run – wearing Nike
This Easter Sunday was the first of The Color Vibe runs, find out more here. It was at Windsor race course and was a 5km run where you receive a T shirt, a snood, your run number and a packet of paint to throw at each other at the start. There are 4 paint stations throughout the course that you get paint thrown at you. It’s a fun morning out and kids under 12 get to run free. It’s also a great event for fun so if you’re new to running or wanting to find a way to get your family involved in your active lifestyle this is such a fun way to do so. The paint is made of corn flour and colouring and is non-toxic for those (like me) that were worried about that. So bring your family and mates and find a run near you. They’re being held all around the world from the United Kingdom to New Zealand to name a few places.
Today I’m wearing my go to running long tights these have been a staple in my wardrobe for years now and Nike still do the same style they last a good three years of winters. I have a favorite Marks and Spencer running bra, make sure you take care and wash it in a bra bag as the zip goes on it quickly if you don’t. And my Asics runners……. there are no other running shoes just make sure you go to an Asics store to get fitted properly the first time.
