Ok this week’s blog was so much fun. It was all in Selfridges store in Central London they have pop up Psycle classes until late May so if your about go and check it out. You will need to book a place.
I do a spin class almost every week and love my instructor as she always pushes you to the limit so was thinking I was in for a fun day shopping and Psycle class. So I made sure to go do my normal weights at the gym that morning then off we went into the London. How wrong was I the class made me sweat at much as Bikram yoga and was knackered after the 45 minute class. The 25 bike studio offers the best of Psycle and Selfridges in a unique & innovative environment. The instructor was bursting with energy and there was no break after each track like my normal spin class. You almost never get to use the bike seat and if you thought you were having a day off your upper body you’re wrong it’s a full body workout. Totally recommend it.
They have everything you need for before and after the workout from shoes, water, towels to showers. So just bring your favorite workout gear that’s breathable and wicks(you are going to sweat a lot) and as many friends as you can talk into it and have fun enjoy the class. Get in quick the classes always sell out.
Thank you to Chris for making sure my bike was a prefect fit and Sally and the lovely team down at Psycle at Selfridges
